Despite my trip being cancelled, and my subsequent worry that I would not be able to change my leave with work , I managed to book onto the same trip at a later date with the help of several Trip advisors. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, curteous and understanding.

I was excited about booking my Artic trip of a lifetime by just reading the itinerary but talking to Alex one of Exodus’s polar experts I am counting down the days! His help in guiding me though options and discounts plus his knowledge and advice was SO helpful! Been in many trips with this great adventure company but this could be the best yet!

An amazing experience. Leader, chef, driver and the 'apprentice were so helpful. All the travellers were friends with everyone. It was the best trip. HD a few with you. All couldn't do enough to help. And the driver never stopped working. Drove the bus for many hours and then straight I to help the boys. Laban was a mind of information and so caring!!

Costa Rica coast to coast cycle trip fantastic experience. Our guide Roberto and Marcel and Antonio his team were absolutely exceptional. They looked after us throughout the trip with local knowledge and enthusiasm . The scenery and the cycling were superb with something different to see and do everyday from river cruises to hikes in the rain forest seeing all the wildlife. Friendly locals good roads and accomodation and food lovely.

Alex was extremely helpful and took his time to ensure that our trip was exactly as requested.
We were joining two trips together with an extra day at the start.

Due to so many good reviews tried to book Austrian lakes holiday. Despite explaining exactly what I wanted, quote was for wrong number of people, included airport transfers when travelling by train and supplements that were not applicable. Really poor.

Exodus staff were pretty quick to reply to our queries, well within the automated email reply time. They sorted our connecting flights at about the same cost we could have got them, so now all on one ticket so delays will be covered by the airline being their responsibility to get us on another flight.
All questions answered quickly. Plus loads of info with the reply to help us. Advice even includes fitness regime!
So far - very good!

I have been travelling with this company for ten years and I have never been disappointed. They organise interesting itineries and they have faultless management .

After phoning to check whether single rooms were still available (and speaking to very helpful woman, whose name I didn’t write down so can’t praise her personally) the booking process was straight forward.

Tom was great when I originally looked at booking a date for the Picos de Europa but couldn’t get the right dates from work. We transferred the dates to September and I’m looking forward to the trip after what will be a busy Summer.
